Delivery Master Software Ltd is a company registered in England, company registration number 10737969 (referred to as “Delivery Master Software Ltd", “we" or “us" in this policy). Our registered address is 85 Great Portland Street, 1st Floor, London, W1W 7LT. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and our registration number is ZA373012.

What we do

We develop and provide courier software for courier and logistics businesses. We offer business to business services, software licences for the use of our products and support for courier and logistics businesses, from start-ups to small, medium and large enterprises.

In order to deliver products and services to you, it is sometimes necessary for Delivery Master Software Ltd to share your data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). How long do we keep your data?

We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 6 years.

Sharing data with third parties

In order to make our services and products available to you, we may need to share your personal data with some of our service providers, suppliers and partners. These include IT, customer relationship management, online industry platforms, partners with whom are products have integrations and marketing service providers.

We only allow our service providers, suppliers and partners to handle your personal data when we have confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls.

How we protect your data

Delivery Master Software is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure.

Our security measures include:

Data via online transmission or held at rest on servers cannot be not completely secure or guaranteed. Whilst we do not guarantee full protection and security data, we take reasonable action to protect information sent to us electronically. Transmission of any data by you is at your own risk.

What you can do to help protect your data

Only our third party providers, GoCardless and GoCardless for Xero, will ask you for you bank account details on our behalf. This will be to set up a direct debit mandate with us for payment of our invoices we send to you for receipt of our licenses, products or services. Delivery Master Software Ltd will never ask you to give us or confirm any bank account details. If you receive an email claiming to be from Delivery Master Software Ltd asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond. Where applicable you may be given access to parts of our website, services or products that require a password. You are responsible for the passwords safety and confidentiality.

If you are using a computing device or mobile phone in a public location, we recommend that you always log out and close the website browser when you complete an online session or have used our products online.

In addition, we recommend that you take the following security measures to enhance your online safety both in relation to Delivery Master Software and more generally:

Legal basis for Delivery Master Software Ltd processing customer personal data
